Intuition is your superpower — use it wisely.

Without a doubt, the greatest muscle you and I can flex every single day is the one deep within us.

It’s the whispering voice rooted deep within that always “knows.”

It knows what to do, what to say — and when it is time to take the leap.

It’s guiding you through this experience — cutting through the rigidness of logic and reasoning.

Your intuition is your superpower — and will lead to a life of deep meaning, fulfillment and acknowledging we are much more than we believe ourselves to be.

Emerson calls it the ‘blessed impulse’ in his brilliant text, Self-Reliance.

The more you honor it, feel it and trust it — the more you begin to trust yourself in a way that can’t be faked.

You learn to surrender to the places where it’s guiding you — even if they don’t make sense.

NOTE: It shouldn’t make sense — that’s the point.

And even though your intuition is full of power — your connection is likely weak.

You’ve got a 5G broadband connection to it — but right now it’s dial up.

You don’t quite understand it. You don’t know when to trust it. You’re confused because it seems to be leading you astray.

The great news is: you can strengthen the connection, and begin to hear the whispers once again.

Here’s how:

Delete the noise. Delete the noise and distraction of your life — and spend time in silence and solitude.

Practice going within. Use tools to connect within — meditation, floating, nature, journaling, getting primal.

Follow through on it every day. You will never, ever trust your intuition during the high stakes moments if you don’t during the small ones.

Intuition has led me to create tectonic shifts in life —time and time again.

It always has known the perfect path — even if I couldn’t see it at the time.

In the coaching and consulting world, intuition is my super power.

I can feel when a client is off balance — without them saying a word, even if they live across the country.

I’ll reach out with some guidance — and nearly every time they’ll come back and say:

Holy shit, Tommy — that’s exactly what I needed to hear today. This is what happened, and your message was at the right place, at the right time.

So, in your life — ask yourself:

What is the inner voice telling me — that I continue to ignore?

Don’t force an answer, simply ask the question with a powerful intention.
